Palladyne (PDYN) Makes a Major Move Through Strategic Partnership with Israel Aerospace Industries

On June 8, Palladyne announced a strategic partnership with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) under which Palladyne will have exclusive U.S. rights to manufacture, integrate, and market IAI's:

• HARPY

• HAROP

• Mini HARPY

loitering munition systems ("kamikaze drones") to the U.S. government. The agreement includes U.S.-based manufacturing and integration activities and positions Palladyne to pursue Pentagon programs requiring domestically produced systems.
